Made a telephone order, service over the phone was really good. Didn't wait any longer than 20 mins for food to be delivered. Was hot and tasted amazing!

Shocked at the low reviews this restaurant has received. Been a returning customer for over a year and food has always been hot, fresh and on the very rare occasion there has been an issue with my order I have phoned back to let them know and immediately been offered a replacement free of charge and an apology. If delivery waiting time is a while staff are quick to inform you of this on the phone with a time estimate and phone orders for collection never take longer than 20 minutes to be ready. 10/10 can't recommend enough

I have kept receiving letters from British gas company about this restaurant owed their money of electricity. What hell is that ! I am in Ireland why send my address about this ! I hope the owner who stop using my address or i will call the police to sort this shit out

Visited last Thursday night whilst in the area. Had chicken and ginger with spring onion. Great value for money and one of the best tasting Chinese I've had in a long time. Not greasy and just the right amount of ginger. Well done 👍

Breast chicken curry wasn’t a breast and certainly was not curry sauce also spare ribs out of 7 there was only 2 that had meat on them rest just bone and jelly would not go back

This food was amazing the chicken balls were lovely the sweet and sour sauce was good. I totally recommend this place, nice workers nice food, but the banana fritter was fire.. overall 5 stars 😎!

Got a large order from here with a variety of items and safe to say it was the best chinese takeout I've had, and I've had quite a few in my life. Kind workers, generous portions, fair prices and very good food. Highly recommend.

Ordered food at 19.05hrs phoned again at 20.20hours lady on phone was quite dismisive,eventualy got food at 21.15 hrs over 2 hour wait complained to driver who wasnt interested total shambles wont be using again

Waited over two hours for a delivery thats 10 min drive away. When I called to chase it up the member of staff was very cheeky and hung up on me. 20 mins later and still not delivery. Will not be ordering from here again

Over 1.5 hours for delivery is unacceptable. Can't keep up? Employ an additional driver at the weekends. Lassie that answered the phone suffers from bad attituditus. 👎

Excellent service no complaints I travel from Girvan just to get food from simons kitchen as used them for 5 years, would recommend to anyone use them excellent service and polite staff

Unfortunately what was the best Chinese I’ve ever had! Is sadly under new ownership and the food is now dull and bland so disappointing. But I wish it’s prior owners every happiness for their future where ever they are!

Spent a relatively decent amount of money for food to turn up warm and to be had a go at by the driver because the location was to far away and told dont order again as they wont deliver very poor service all round avoid at all costs and spend your money elsewhere

I'm new to Maybole and decided to try Simon's kitchen was a bit surprised the curry sauce was so orange then I realised it means they make their own instead of using the mayflower powder mix most places do& it was delicious

The food we got is nice but it’s not what we asked for! I specifically asked for a Mushroom and Onion curry! I explained it a few times, when I went in to collect the young boys relayed back my order and said “mixed veg curry” so I explained again, no just onion and mushrooms curry, he showed me he’d written it down so he had did his job correctly, it’s clearly been in the kitchen they ignored the customer request and gave us a mixed veg curry! I ate it as my husband didn’t want it and I wasn’t going out again. But all I ask is please read requests as this could be due to allergies and with the new rules in place for allergies you do not want to get that wrong!

The food first of all is bad, the food was bland no taste whats so ever the food seems if it was reheated and had been left for over a day. The hygiene is also something when i was eating the chips i saw a hair in it.
They had the orders mixed up too.
